My journey began at McDonald’s, where I worked my way from the grill to management. But I wanted more—so I built my own dream: fresh, never-frozen beef, smashed hot on the griddle for crispy edges and juicy centers, served on buttery brioche buns with homemade sauces and bold toppings.
