El Rincon Méxicano Restaurant has been serving the Inver Grove Heights community with authentic Mexican cuisine since 2015. Our family-owned restaurant opened at our current location at 6500 Cahill Ave in late 2019, after securing funding to fulfill our dream of creating a full-service Mexican dining experience.

What started as a vision to bring traditional Mexican flavors to Minnesota has grown into a beloved community gathering place. Our hard-working family is dedicated to preserving the authentic recipes and cooking methods passed down through generations, ensuring every dish tells a story of Mexican culinary heritage.
